The firm has been involved with the major legislative and administrative efforts of State tax reform, including such matters as the unitary method of accounting for corporate income tax, and the various attempts at enacting and implementing a services tax.

Substantial legislative and administrative experience has provided detailed familiarity with tax law and policy emanating from committees of the Florida Legislature and related administrative agencies, with their rules and with related administrative and judicial adjudication. The firm has also been involved in several moderate and low-income housing developments that have utilized tax exempt bond financing, as well as federal income tax credits allocated by the Florida Housing Finance Agency.
